Wire Take up Line

We offer range of wire take up unit for galvanizing plant, patenting furnaces. The take up unit consists of :
Fabricated base frame

Gear-train with extended output shaft to mount clutch, coiler, lock nut
  • Each coiler is provided with two sets of killing pulleys
  • Gear-train is coupled with hexible couplings.
  • The take up unit is available in 600, 550, 450, 400, 300 & 200 dia mm coiler size.
On load variable drive is provided in consultation with customer
